General Conditions of Sale

These general conditions of sale (CGV) govern the relationship between FusoTravel, an online travel agency specializing in tailor-made trips and based in Florida, USA, and any person (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) wishing to book a trip or provision of services via our website.
Article 1 – Acceptance of conditions
Any order placed on the FusoTravel site implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. The Customer acknowledges having read the General Terms and Conditions prior to validating his order.
Article 2 – Services offered
FusoTravel offers tailor-made trips, including booking of accommodation, transport services, activities and excursions. Each trip is personalized according to the wishes and needs of the Client.
Article 3 – Order process
3.1. Reservation steps
The booking process includes several key steps to ensure maximum personalization of the trip:
•The initial quote request on the FusoTravel website via an online form, where the Customer specifies their travel preferences (dates, destinations, desired activities, budget, etc.).
•The proposal for an itinerary prepared by our expert advisors, including hotels, excursions and additional services.
•Revision and validation of the proposal by the Client, which may include adjustments to best meet expectations.
•Signing a specific travel contract and paying a deposit or the entire amount due, according to the conditions described below.
3.2. Validation of the order
The order is considered final once payment has been received and acknowledgment of receipt sent by FusoTravel. A summary document is sent to the Client, including details of the services reserved, on-site contact information and special conditions.
Article 4 – Prices and payment terms
4.1. Price
Prices for services are indicated in dollars (USD) and may vary depending on the season, availability of services and options chosen. Prices include all applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. Prices are firm and cannot be revised after confirmation of the reservation, except in the event of exceptional fluctuations in exchange rates, air taxes, or other fees imposed by service providers.
4.2. Payment terms
Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfer, payment link or any other means specified when ordering. A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the balance due at least 30 days before the departure date. For any reservation made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required when ordering.
Article 5 – Cancellation and modification
5.1. Cancellation by the Customer
In the event of cancellation by the Customer, cancellation fees will be applied as follows:
•Application and reservation fees (50 euros/person)
•Free, up to 30 days before the departure date (except in exceptional circumstances)
•Between 30 and 20 days before the arrival date the deposit paid is due
•Between 19 and 15 days (50% of the trip price)
•From 14 days before the arrival date (100% of the trip price)
5.2. Modification of the reservation
Any modification of the reservation at the request of the Customer is subject to administrative costs and may result in additional costs depending on the service provider.
Article 6 – Liability
FusoTravel acts as an intermediary between the Client and service providers (hotels, transporters, etc.). FusoTravel cannot be held liable in the event of fault attributable to service providers or cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, armed conflicts, etc.). In the event of a problem on site, the Customer must immediately contact the FusoTravel assistance service to try to find a solution.
Article 7 – Insurance
It is strongly recommended that the Customer take out travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, loss of baggage and other unforeseen events.
Article 8 – Personal data
FusoTravel undertakes to protect the Customer’s personal data in accordance with current American law. The information collected is intended for the management of reservations and the improvement of services.
Article 9 – Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing agreement, the dispute will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction of the court of Florida, USA.
Article 10 – Final provisions
These General Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time by FusoTravel. The applicable conditions are those in force at the time of booking.
